La Ritournelle- Sebastian Tellier
I believe that we are always in our own company. In reality, its how we function, how we live our lives through sense of connection. moments of isolation keep my heartbeats slow and calm to keep this thoughtful moments frozen. My thoughts lying down, underneath my inner complexity, constitute chaos and madness.
My future influences the present, just as much as the past. I have no regrets for the sake of priceless treasure box ,noble price for love and nostalgia. Throughout bittersweet endless journey, its funny how I enjoy the same things over and over again and realized that, my poor memory is the reason why I enjoy great times for several times. Let me open my treasure box, imagining myself being 50 yrs old lady, reminiscing ‘ you, my precious stars, speaks of ‘aristocrats of true spirit’. although the water is not of the same nature as the color, so long as they are mixed, the true color of the water is not obvious.i dont want to bury glorious history of mine, not to be forgotten, perhaps to be shared with my love ones.
‘La ritournelle’, is the answer for forbidding the unequal, equal’.i admit, I’ve done so many mistakes in my life, sometime, cant help it, but keeping the same mistake for 2nd time, but, believe and will power overcome failure and sorrow. Without my inspirational heroes who, most of them ‘missing in heaven’, would i be complete and happy? …just like shooting star, something that you will never forget, leave a print in your heart, something that get me to think and giving me a role of freedom to be able to feel and miracle happened inside me.. waiting to share with whom you shine.
Maybe for you, its just a small matter, but for me, its one of the glorious moments, one box with thousand diamonds, that you want to seal back and send back to where it belongs, to prevent misery and greediness. Its upsetting, when you turn on your tele, witnessing how destructive the world we live in. We had so many great civilization to mention, from ancient greek, roman, ottoman, Egyptian and so on, but we still haven’t learned how to love?..what fulfills us to be able to turn ourselves into such a phenomenon?…
‘La Ritournelle’ brings me back to my past, sense of belonging, hopefull, sing along, dance!dance! unplanned journey and prove that my dream comes from my own reflection, who I truly am, inside and outside. Here I am still living my life for at least, enjoying the beauty of nature with someone who is not scared of being ‘too’ idealistic, coz he or she knows that somehow it will break his/her heart. As david henry Thoreau once said,’ nature is full of genius, full of divinity, so that not a snowflake escapes its fashioning hand’. I shall call this timeless song, ‘la ritournelle’ as my morning star. The question is, are we there yet, my fellow friends?
Dedicate to my love ones, frida kahlo, jim Morrison, Billy Corgan and god almighty for rainbows and clouds-‘emptiness is loneliness, and loneliness is cleanliness and god is almighty for ‘zero’ pain and violence.
